How We’d Build the Next Unicorn
How Australia’s unicorn builders would do it again in the age of AI.
AI is changing what it means to build a product. Ideas can become prototypes in hours, small teams can operate at a scale that once required entire organisations, and many of the assumptions behind the last generation of great technology companies are suddenly open for debate.
So, if experienced Australian product builders were starting again today, what would they do differently?
How We’d Build the Next Unicorn will bring together founders and product leaders who have built and scaled exceptional companies for a candid conversation about product, ambition and company-building in the age of AI.
We’ll explore what still matters, what no longer does, and where the next generation of enduring Australian companies might come from. Expect strong perspectives, honest stories, thoughtful disagreement and a room full of people who care deeply about building great products.
Speakers will be announced shortly.
The session is hosted by Product Counsel and led by its organisers, Rod Hamilton, Culture Amp co-founder and former Chief Product Officer, and Phil Jacob of Rampersand.
